I have a PhD in neuroscience and spent the better part of a decade in data and AI, leading analytics teams and running large projects for big organisations. The part clients kept bringing me back for wasn't the technology. It was the diagnosis: sitting with a messy problem long enough to work out what was actually wrong, and what was worth doing about it.
The Leverage Lab is me pointing that at small businesses. The tools have got cheap and good enough that a sole operator can have what only large companies could afford a few years ago, but only if someone sets it up properly for how they actually work. That's the bit I do.
I'm based in Melbourne and work online, so where you are doesn't matter much. I'm building this around a day job and a toddler, which is a large part of why I'm interested in things that take twenty minutes to set up rather than a weekend.

A free 45-minute online workshop for community groups, business networks and chambers of commerce. Set AI up once so it knows your business, save the things that worked, connect it to your email. Demo-led, no slides full of theory.

Audit and build
For one business at a time. Two hours together mapping where your hours actually go, a short written plan of what I'd build and in what order, then I build it. All of it lives in your accounts, so none of it depends on me being around afterwards.
